Day 222 Funky Friday

Well, it's finally Firday, and I'm one day away from weigh-in. I had a great workout this morning, Sweat 3-4 from Power 90. I made it to a full 200 ab crunches again today!! I'm very happy with that!! Rob's going to help me put together a new workout program, as I really need to work on my lower body, as it is not as muscular or toned as my upper body. I'm looking forward to next week's workouts!


What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Rolled oats and applesauce (4 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Veggie Lasagna (5 pts)
Snack: Carrots (0 pts) and juicebox of V8 (1 1/2 pts)
Snack: mandarin oranges (2 pts)
Dinner: Jugo Juice (4 pts)
Total: 17 1/2 pts

Day 221 Gloomy Thursday: rain all day

Rob left for work this morning and I began my Sculpt 3-4 workout. I had better mobility today, as the muscle spasm in my buttock has almost gone away. Doing the 3 minutes of lunges was not painful this morning, and I'm quite pleased with that!! It was a crappy day at work, because of the rain all day, and the gloominess. My team and I were really busy, everyone sending in "urgent" requests, and trying to jump to the front of the line. The only problem is, we help over 400 salespeople; and when 50 are all clamoring to be "next" to be helped, you have to say no to them. And the "nice" part of you doesn't like to dissappoint the reps, so it makes you a little upset.



What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Rolled oats and applesauce (4 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Veggie Lasagna (5 pts)
Snack: Carrots (0 pts) and can of V8 (2 pts)
Snack: mandarin oranges (2 pts)

Day 220 Wacky Wednesday

I woke up this morning and Rob was still here for my workout, because he had to go to work an hour later than usual. I still have a bit of that muscle pain in my buttock, and doing the jumping jack segment wasn't terribly comfortable, but I stuck it out and didn't slack off :)

Lunch: Tuna and 1/2 whole wheat pita (4 pts), Soup (2 pts)

Day 219 Pain in the arse Tuesday..

Well, I woke up this morning with a pain in my butt... is it possible to get a charliehorse in the ass?? LOL I was glad that I had SCULPT 3-4 this morning, so I didn't have to do jumping jacks on my charliehorsed ass ;)

Day 218 Manic Monday

Man, was I tired this morning. But, I knew that I had to do Sweat 3-4 this am, so I could have the most glorious shower ever (we bought a "rain" showerhead last week). I was kind of smarting doing the TH 180 (10 more than last week.. almost up to the TH 200!!). Too bad it's not even 6 pm and I'm starting to fade again.. have another workout this evening!
