Day 41.. weigh in and cheat day, oh my!




Well, the good news is, I am back on the "losing wagon". After two weeks of gaining weight, I am back to losing weight. It's like the 2 weeks never even happened ;) The better news is, I have almost broken the 10 pound mark.. YIPPPPEEEE!!!

What I had to eat:

Breakfast: Bagel with light cream cheese (7 pts) and tea
Lunch:
Dinner at CN Tower: will be delicious, points unknown.

Day 40... almost time to weigh in...

How can the shortest week of work also feel like the longest week of work? hmmmmmmmm

I'm really trying to blast out my workouts, but it's frustrating me when I can't seem to ever squeeze out more than 1 close pushup correctly. GGGRRRRRRRR.. Gotta keep trying.


What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Protein Shake - 5 pts
Lunch: Mission Impastable (6.5 pts)
Snack: Raisins (2 pts) , cheese (2 pts)
Dinner: Jugo Juice (4 pts)
Total: 19.5 pts

Day 39

Today is Thursday... and I've almost made the 40 day mark.. wahoo!!! It rained cats and dogs today, and I got soaked on the way to work. It's a great way to start the day!! lol


What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Lunch: Chef Boyardee (7 pts)
Dinner: Jugo Juice (6 pts)
Snack: Cheese String and raisins (4 pts)
Total: 22 pts.

Day 38... Wonderful Wednesday.

I was sleepy this morning and really had to make myself even do my workout this am, but once I got rolling, I was glad that I did. I am trying to improve on form, because right now, it kind of sucks. Rob points it out when we work out together, but sometimes you need to be alerted to it, from a different perspective. Grumble as I may, constructive criticism is good.

Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Lunch: Turkey wrap from Subway (4 pts)
Dinner: Sea Bass (baked) : 3 points per serving per http://calorie-counter.net/fish-calories/sea-bass.htm and fries
Snacks: raisins (3 small boxes .. nature's candy) : 2 pts, cheese string (2 pts)

Day 37 ...

My mouth. My mouth. My mouth is on fire... I had this awesome channa (chickpea) and basmati rice curry for dinner, and I think I seared the inside of my mouth. It was darned tasty, but it did a number on my stomach. My cardio workout went well yesterday, and I'm chugging along, full speed ahead!!


What I had to eat:
Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Lunch: Beef Ravioli (7 pts)
Dinner: Basmati Rice and Channa (9 pts)

Total: 21 points.

Day 36.. holiday Monday.

I had a glorious sleep in, and didn't really do much of anything except for knit and watch the CSI marathon. We also worked out at night, and got back into the groove of things.

What I had to eat:

Breakfast: Bagel with light cream cheese (7 pts)
Lunch: Wendy's Ultimate Chicken Grill (7 pts)
Dinner: Pasta with homemade spaghetti sauce (7 pts)

Total: 21 pts.

Day 35.. Happy Cheat Day!!

Starting with brekkie from McDonald's... sausage and egg mcmuffin with hashbrown and orange juice. MMMMM good. However, this was just the first stop on the bad food train. Next stop.. glorious buffet brunch at the Hothouse .. apple crisp, homemade croissant, bite size cake, fruit, veggies and ranch salad dressing, washed down with gingerale. Then we went to the movies, where I enjoyed Junior Mints and soda water. I nibbled on some Doritos for my "dinner".

Point value.. no way to tell.

I also had a day off of my workout as well, back on the wagon tomorrow!!
