Day 193 Terrific Thursday



Man, was I ever sleepy this morning, but I threw Cardio Party 1 on this morning and workout. The only problem was, I had very little energy during my workout and am not proud of the effort that I put into my workout. Unfortunately, my stomach has been really upset for the last half of the day, and a second workout today is not an option :(


What I had to eat today:


Breakfast: Rolled Oats and Applesauce (4 pts)
Snack: Mandarin Oranges (2 pts)
Lunch: Mini Ravioli (7 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Dinner: Gardennay Soup (4 pts), 4 crackers (2 pts)
Total: 20 points

Day 192... halfway through the week :)



So far, Blogger is letting me at pictures.. let's hope that lasts! :)

Had a good workout this morning to Cardio Party 1, will try to also work out this evening as well.


What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Kashi go lean crunch cereal (4 pts)
Snack: Mandarin Oranges (2 pts)
Lunch: Chili (7 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)

Dinner: Chicken Pizza (5 pts)
Total: 19 points

UPDATE... I did Ab Jam this evening because I was feeling kind of puffy and wanted to work on my ab area. I forgot how good crunching my abs could feel. I have to remember to include Ab Jam more often :)

As well, I'm watching the Grammy awards on Tv tonight, and I'm stunned by he amazing shape that Madonna is in... I am definitely not a fan of hers, but she looks fantastic!! Day 191 Tubular Tuesday

I think that Gremlins are living in Blogger , as I can't add my water bottle graphic to show that I had 4 litres so far today... I can try updating this tomorrow.

I got to sleep in this morning (got up and was working out by 9 am, then cooked lunch for later on today. I chose to do Cardio Party 1, and planned on doing Cardio Party Remix this evening.

Unfortunately, I got wailed on by a headache ( I believe that it's weather related) and I decided to just take it easy this evening and will be going to bed early, so I can get some rest. I hope that I feel better tomorrow! :)

Breakfast: 3/4 cup of Quaker Rolled Oats (2 pts), 2 containers of applesauce (2 pts) : 4 pts.
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Chili (7 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Dinner: Loblaws Blue Menu Canneloni (5 pts)
Total: 18 points

Day 190 Monday Monday....




I'm not posting this until Tuesday, because Blogger was down last night when I tried to post this. I had two workouts yesterday, in the evening, because I slept in til 7 am. I did Cardio Party Remix then Cardio Party 1. I didn't have that much steam by the end of my workout, because I hit the wall after the Turbo section of Cardio Party 1. Then I worked for a few hours organizing our closet, because all of the clothes were all over the bed, and I wanted to sleep in my bed, and not on my couch ;)


What I had to eat today:

Day 188 and 189 weigh in and weekend summary

I'm back down to 147 pounds... yay!!! Looks like double workouts helped me, as I was bloated like mad this weekend. Here's to another solid week... let's see how low I can go :)

We had a fun weekend, with a birthday party, some sweet UFC fighting on Saturday night and some home improvement items (Robbie loves his new Ryobi cordless drill!!) ;)
