Day 174... weigh in day..

Darn measly 3 pounds away from my goal... or maybe I should realize that I ate poorly last weekend, and didn't try as hard as I could this part week in workouts, and didn't have enough water every day. What is that going to make me do? Darn it, it will make me try harder for next week's weigh in, where we are taking pix and measurements.

Day 173 Finally Friday!! :)

Thank goodness it's Friday!!! Man, this has felt like a 10-day long week, I don't think I'm used to Rob's new workshift yet, and I'm not used to waking up in the middle of the night to chat with Rob when he gets home. I hope I adjust soon :)

I had a good workout this morning, and was then then tempted at work as it was a coworker's birthday. I really wanted a mint nanaimo bar from the party!!!! But I didn't. Yummy water.. that's what I had instead ;) Crossing my fingers for a good weighin tomorrow.

What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Wacky Teryaki (6 pts)
Snack: Applesauce ( 1 pt)
Dinner: Turkey Sub (5 pts)

Day 172 Happy Thursday to me!

Happy Thursday to me, Happy Thursday to me, Happy Thursday, Happy Thursday, Happy Thursday to me!

You cn sing almost anything to the tune of "Happy Birthday"... but onto more relevant blog updates, here's my summary of my day...

I woke up at the normal time today, then decided to go back to sleep til almost 7:45. Normally, I would have panicked, but as I didn't have to start work until 12 pm, it was no big deal.

After another strong Cardio Party workout, I ran some errands and headed into work. I tried to keep my eating schedule the same as a normal day so I didn't eat later than I should eat.

What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Wacky Teryaki (6 pts)
Snack: Applesauce ( 1 pt)
Dinner: Turkey Sub (5 pts)
Total: 18 pts

Day 171 .. it's Wednesday, so I'm halfway to weigh-in

Woke up this morning, and stumbled out of bed and to work out. Why did it feel like a Monday??!!??!?!? Needless to say, I pushed myself to do the workout this morning, and felt much better once I was done.

I had to remember to stop drinking water before 3 at work today, because I had a dentist appointment, and didn't want the "I have to pee!" feeling while at the dentist. So, it's night time, I'm watching American Idol and I'm back on the water wagon.

Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Wacky Teryaki (6 pts)
Snack: Applesauce ( 1 pt)
Dinner: Carrot Soup ( 4 pts) granola bar (3)

Day 170 Terrific Tuesday coming up!

I had a little bit of a technical difficulty last night, as the DVD player did not want to play any DVDs , including Turbo Jam... son of a!!!!!! So, I ended up getting ticked off and went to the gym upstairs for an hour and let off some steam.

This morning I was able to use the DVD player (YAY!!!) and I worked out to Cardio Party 1. I'm also trying to concentrate on my water consumption- I think I've been slacking on my water intake in the last month or so, so I have to work on hydration, as well as great workouts and healthy foods.


What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Fruit smoothie (4 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Chicken Sub (7 pts)
Snack: Applesauce ( 1 pt)
Dinner: Turkey Sub (5 pts)

Day 169... Monday means it's back to work, back to workout

Well, it's Monday, and that means that I am back to healthy eating (weight watchers), back to work, and back to working out (this will happen tonight, as I didn't feel that hot this morning).. Cardio Party 1 this evening!
