Day 362 Happy Weigh In Day to Me!!

Hi all, just weighed in this morning, and I was down to 148 pounds (lost 4 pounds this week)... I am so beyond proud of myself!!!!!! I was so tired when I went to sleep last night, and I ended up crashing for 12 full hours!!!

Day 361 Month end Friday...

Yay, it's finally Friday... kind of a crazy day at work today, as it is month-end and we're trying to bring in as much business as possible. Have turbokick class tonight, I'm looking forward to it!! :)

What I had to eat today:

Snack: Kiwis (1 pt)
Lunch: Chili and Rice (8.5 pts)
Snack: Carrots (2 pts), kiwis (1 pts)

Day 360 Thursday's update

Woke up this morning and enjoyed the new shower that Robbie installed last night.. it was glorious!!!! Headed off to work and put in a busy day, because it's now month-end.

Lunch: Chili and Rice (8.5 pts)
Snack: Carrots (2 pts), kiwis (2 pts)
Dinner: Soup (2 pts) and caraway rye bread (2 pts)

Day 359 Two workouts today Wednesday

Well, I really didn't want to wake up this morning, but once I got to class I perked up. I was able to record my workout through the heart rate monitor, and the results are below: 153 beats per minute and 504 calories burned total. Yippee!!!! Let's see how I do in tonight's class..

Day 358 Terrific Tuesday

Back to the grindstone, loads of meetings today... makes me not able to drink as much water in the morning. When I was at the eye doctor yesterday, I found out that my nearsightedness hadn't really changed, but my astigmatism had :( Looks like it's time for new glasses :(

Day 357 Monday is eye appointment day!

This afternoon I went for my eye exam (which I hadn't been having since November 2003), and did not attend Turbokick class this evening, as I had an intense headache and some nausea from the eye drops used in the exam :(

Day 357 Sunday equals storms

Got to sleep in this morning, and that was nice, and then Rob spent the morning watching the finale of the Tour De France... went grocery shopping today, and scored with buying lots of kiwis... I didn't know they were so healthy... I just knew they were tasty!! :)
