Day 202... Saturday update

Summary this week... up 1/2 pound from last week.. I've decided to switch up the workout a bit now, and yesterday was my first day doing Power 90 in the morning and Turbo Jam in the evening. This week sucked because I had two late shifts and my energy level was in the basement. One achievement that happened though was, I was able to go a further notch on my belt!!! Up to the third notch comfortably!

Day 200 Totally Terrible Thursday

Well, it's been a long 48 hours, with 1 extremely long shift at work, then workout, then sleep, then workout again, then late shift (12-9) at work .. it's only 10:20 and I'm EXHAUSTED. Once I'm done my post, it's off to bed I go.. had a good workout this morning (Cardio Party), and will throw on some Power 90 Sculpt tomorrow morning.

What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Rolled Oats and Applesauce (4 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Wowey Maui Chicken (6 pts)
Snack: Carrots and dip (2 tablespoons of light veggie dip: 2 pts)
Dinner: Wowey Maui Chicken (6 pts)

Total: 19 points

Day 199 Wacky Wednesday

Holy Crap!!! I ended up working for 12 and a half hours today. That's right.... I said 12.5... I went into work at 8:30 this morning, and worked until 9 pm. Long story to that, but what that meant was that I had to wait until 9:20 to work out tonight. I worked out to Cardio Party and didn't finish til after 10 pm. It's a good thing that I don't have to be at work until 12 pm tomorow ;)

I have drunk 4 litres of water today and 1/2 of a 550 mL bottle of Diet Coke today.


What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Rolled Oats and Applesauce (4 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Chicken Sub (7 pts)
Snack: Carrots and dip (2 tablespoons of light veggie dip: 2 pts)
Dinner: Quizno's Honey Bourbon Chicken Sub (7)

Total: 21 points.

Day 198 Happy Valentine's Day to ME!

I had one round of Cardio Party today, and I kicked ass this morning!! I was dog tired this evening though, and chose not to work out in the evening. I had a total of 4 litres of water, and capped off the evening by smashing my knee into the corner of the old TV stand.


What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Rolled Oats and Applesauce (4 pts)
Snack: Mandarin Oranges (2 pts)
Lunch: Pizza (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt), carrots and dip (2 tablespoons of light veggie dip: 2 pts)
Dinner: More pizza (5 pts)

Total: 18 points.

Day 197 ... Monday Monday...

Water Log-- no graphic on this laptop yet, so I will just put down that I had 3 litres.

I did two workouts today and did some grocery shopping. My groceries weighed 16.5 pounds (yes, I was nerdy enough to weigh it LOL ). I did Cardio Party twice, and remembered to log into www.wowy.com to document this evening's workout. Wow, it was amazing how much better my evening workout was than this morning's workout. I felt really good about tonight's workout, and was glad that I did it.

Snack: None ( I forgot)
Lunch: Chicken Sub from Subway (7 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
