Day 76 Weekly Weigh In Update

Well, after Gorgefest 2005 (aka Thanksgiving), I went up one half pound from last week. However, I have also done double workouts 4 days this week, so I'd like to think that it's another muscle-growing week for me. Let the cheating begin today... no points allowed. :)

Day 74

Yowza... woke up a little sore still... I did ok on my workout, til I got to the dreaded "kicking and Punching" segment of the workout. My back went into spasm in sync with my punching. Luckily, it was more annoying that uncomfortable, so I pushed past it :)

Snack: Raisins (2 pts)
Lunch: Roasted Chicken Sub (7 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Dinner: Jugo Juice (4 pts)
Total: 19 points

Day 73

Ow...... I must have slept funny last night, because I have a large muscle in my back that is in spasm while I work out. FUN FUN FUN, I tell you. Luckily, it wasn't too bad during the day.. hopefully it will calm down soon.

Day 72

The alarm clock went off this morning, and I could not drag myself out of bed to workout before I had to go to work. Throughout the day, I regretted my choice, but I had been so tired in the morning that I figured and extra 40 minutes of sleep would energize me. When I got home, I made sure that I worked out before I ate my dinner, and I tried to keep up with the Tony and the kids during the ab crunches. I didn't quite keep up with them, but I was close :)

Lunch: Roasted Veggie Lasagna (5 pts)

Day 71


Back in the swing of things... I was suprised that I didn't feel too much like ass this morning, as the day after cheat day usually feels like I have a "food hangover"

We had a strong workout at 12:00 pm today, and I was so hungry at the end of the workout, I think that my stomach was as loud as the soundtrack to the workout routine LOL

What I had to eat:

Breakfast: Special K Cereal and Milk (3 pts)
Snack: none
Lunch: Chef Boyardee beef Ravioli ( 8 pts), V8 (1.5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt), Cheese (2 pts)
Dinner: Special K Cereal and Milk (3 pts)
Total: 18.5 pts

Day 70

.. Happy Gobble Gobble Day (part of the joyous Canadian Thanksgiving weekend feast)

We started breakfast at 7:30 am today, with a trip to Movenpick Marche. I had a spiced apple and caramel sauce crepe with icing sugar. It was glorious, and I felt so full I thought I was going to vomit. I had to go stand outside and get some fresh air while Rob was paying LOL

We didn't really eat again til noon, where we feasted for hours on Au Gratin chips , turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cream cheese rolls, sausage rolls, mini chese hors d'ouvers, brownies, butter tarts, pumpkin pie, spinach dip and pumpernickel bread, washing it all down with cranberry raspberry and gingerale punch. As I just looked at what I wrote, I think I feel a little sick again. I think that my stomach grew 8 sizes that day ;)

(by the way, there is no way that I can even guess at the point value that I consumed yesterday).
