Day 116 .. Day 23 of Turbo Jam

Yay.. almost at the end of the week!! :) Woke up this morning with Rob, and he was nice enough to start the DVD of Cardio Party for me. I've grown to accept the fact that I have 3 left feet in the kicking segment, and I have made my peace with it ;)


What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Pizza (4 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt) , cheese (1.5 pts)
Dinner: Jugo Juice (6 pts)
Total: 18.5 pts

Day 115... Day 22 of Turbo Jam

So sleepy this morning, but I had to get in gear for Turbo Sculpt and Ab Jam. I was able to make it through the entire workout with 3 pound weights today, but my arms are still a little tight this afternoon. I have to tell myself it's a good hurt ;)

Lunch: Wowey Maui Chicken (6 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt), mandarin oranges (2 pts)

Day 114... Day 21 of Turbo Jam

Back to work today and into Cardio Party... it was a long day of work, due to the fact that I was off on Monday. I really tried hard this morning on Cardio Party, sweating up a storm in the process!! :)

Day 113.. Day 20 of Turbo Jam

eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwwwwwwww .. I woke up this morning with crusty eyes.... the Pink Eye Monster struck me. After I did Turbo Sculpt and Ab Jam, I went and spent a fun morning in the local walk-in clinic to get ointment to fix the crustiness. I also had to work from home today, and found out the hard way that my seat at the computer is not good to sit in for hours at a time ;)

Lunch: Honey Bourbon Chicken Sub from Quizno's (8 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Dinner: Wowy Maui Chicken (6 pts)

Day 112.. back on the wagon after a day of debauchery

Will I never learn that self-restraint is a good thing?? And that I shouldn't waste half of my morning laying around the apartment, even if it is to watch Coronation Street?? LOL

Did the Cardio Party workout today, and Rob was helpful in pointing out some form errors that I am still making. I don't know what it is, but I don't think that my brain understands this particular workout... gotta keep trying though!

What I had to eat:

Breakfast/lunch: Bagel with light cream cheese (7 pts)
Dinner: Applesauce (1 pt), Honey Bourbon Sub from quizno's (8 pts)
Total: 16 points.. in the new 18-23 points range :)
