Day 139 ... Day 47 of Turbo Jam



We weighed in on Friday (a day early) because we knew that we had a Christmas party to atend on Friday night and we couldn't guarantee that the food would be totally healthy, and we didn't want to sabotague a Saturday weigh-in. Even weighing in only 6 days after my prior weigh in; I was still down 1 pound.. in two pounds, I will hit my goal!!!! I really hope hat I can do this by the end of the year, but it's going to be tough, because of all of the food temptations that we'll be faced with in the next few weeks. Oh well, gotta tell myself that I want to buy new clothes after Christmas in smaller sizes :)

Food today was a bit of a cheat day... I had a poptart, candy cane hot chocolate, veggie burger and bun, and dinner was chicken pizza... wait a minute, my eating wasn't THAT bad ;)

Day 138 .. Day 46 of Turbo Jam

Well, we were due to get a heck of a snow storm yesterday, and luckily, it wasn't that bad... (knock on wood) .. got up this morning and powered through Turbo Sculpt and Ab Jam this morning. And I actually remembered to turn off the DVD player properly this morning! LOL

What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Beef Chili (7 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)

Dinner: Food at an early christmas party (Appetizers and chicken lasagna and wine)

Day 137 .. Day 45 of Turbo Jam

Woke up early with Rob this morning, and then popped in Cardio Party 1. My guilt from skipping my workout yesterday prompted me to really try and kick ass during my workout. Let's hope that this will affect my weekly weigh-in total. Fingers crossed ;)

What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Beef Chili (7 pts)
Snack: Pomegranate seeds (1 pt)
Dinner: Jugo Juice (4 pts)

Day 136 .. Day 44 of Turbo Jam

I am a bad person as I didn't work out this morning and then proceeded to lie about working out to Rob. I just felt like absolute ass this morning and took my time getting ready for work. I feel lower than a slime right now.

Lunch: Beef Chili (7 pts) so yummy!!!!

Day 135 .. Day 43 of Turbo Jam

We got our new Turbo Jam DVDs yesterday.. 5 workouts on 2 disks. I still had to use both disks this morning though, because I had Turbo Sculpt and Ab Jam. I soooooooooooo did not want to work out this morning, and wanted to curl up in bed for an extra hour, cause it was so dark and cold this morning. But, I got my lazy ass out of bed, and worked out. I feel better for it now ;)

Day 134 .. Day 42 of Turbo Jam

Well, let's try doing this Cardio Party 1 again.. can I make it through the whole 40 minutes?? Yes, I can!! YAY!! :) Did well this morning, must have just had a "my body hates me" day yesterday... thank goodness that didn't last :)

Day 133 ... Day 41 of Turbo Jam

URRGH.... why does 1 day of badness (yesterday), lead to such turmoil in my body today? It's like my insides don't like all the gloriously fattening foods I consumed with glee yesterday... only made it through 20 minutes of Cardio Party 1 before I had to pack it in.. still burned 320 calories though.. not too shabby..

Breakfast: Fibre 1 cereal (4 pts)
Lunch: Beef Chili (7 pts)
Dinner: Tuna Salad from Tim Hortons (7 pts)
