Day 268 Tuesday is the Baseball Game

I'm going to the Blue Jays game tonight, so I had to get my workout in this morning... I had a great workout, even though I was so sleepy!! I am loving the edamame as an afternoon snack, it is so tasty, and good for you too!


What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Rolled oats and applesauce (4 pts)
Snack: Apple Cinnamon rice cakes (2 pts)
Lunch: Chicken Sub (7 pts)
Snack: Edamame (1 pt)
Dinner: Soup and bagel (7 pts)
Total: 21 points

Day 267 Back on the blogwagon Monday..

Well, it was kind of a crazy weekend, and I did not update my blog since April 19th... shame on me!! I went back home on Thursday because my Mom was having some medical tests done on Friday, and I was home with them until Saturday. Robbie and I got to spend some time together this weekend though, and it was fantastic, even though the weather was crap. Had a great workout this morning, and will try to keep up the momentum all week!
