Day 268 Tuesday is the Baseball Game
I'm going to the Blue Jays game tonight, so I had to get my workout in this morning... I had a great workout, even though I was so sleepy!! I am loving the edamame as an afternoon snack, it is so tasty, and good for you too!
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Rolled oats and applesauce (4 pts)
Snack: Apple Cinnamon rice cakes (2 pts)
Lunch: Chicken Sub (7 pts)
Snack: Edamame (1 pt)
Dinner: Soup and bagel (7 pts)
Total: 21 points
