Day 257 GREAT FRIDAY
Well, I have today off work, but I don't have today off of my diet or my workout, and I worked out this morning at 8, then relaxed for most of the day with Robbie, cause he had the day off too :) We went and saw V for Vendetta, it was SUCH a good movie!!
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Rolled oats and applesauce (4 pts)
Snack: None
Lunch: Wacky Teryaki (6 pts)
Snack: Turkey Sub (5 pts)
Dinner: Soup and 2 pieces of caraway bread (4 pts)
Total: 19 points
