Day 257 GREAT FRIDAY

Well, I have today off work, but I don't have today off of my diet or my workout, and I worked out this morning at 8, then relaxed for most of the day with Robbie, cause he had the day off too :) We went and saw V for Vendetta, it was SUCH a good movie!!

What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Rolled oats and applesauce (4 pts)
Snack: None
Lunch: Wacky Teryaki (6 pts)
Snack: Turkey Sub (5 pts)
Dinner: Soup and 2 pieces of caraway bread (4 pts)
Total: 19 points

Day 256 Full Moon Thursday...

Worked late shift today, then off tomorrow... YAY!! Had a great TK round 26 workout, and can't wait til my mini vacation tomorrow! There MUST be a full moon tonight, as there are 1001 crazies on the streets on my way home from work... so strange!!!

Snack: Apple and Cinnamon mini Rice Cakes.. 16 (2 pts)

Day 255 Humpday Wednesday

Back to TurboKick Round 26 today.... and by george, I think that I was trying alot harder today in my workout than I have for the past two days... YAY! I was in a bit of a low mood earlier, and I had a chat with Heather from Arizona when she called the house looking for Robbie. After my dinner was digested, I worked out strong, and had "dessert" of America's Next Top Model... talk about a guilty pleasure!! LOL

Day 253 Marvelous Monday

Busy day at work today, and then Robbie IMd me to tell me that our new Turbo Jam DVDs had arrived!! YAY!!! So I did Cardio Party 3 last night.. although, the weird thing is, it's 6 minutes shorter than Turbo Kick round 26, but it feels longer... I think it will be easy to get used to though :)

Lunch: Roasted Veggie Pizza (5 pts)
