Day 275 Throat is killing me still Tuesday

owwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww my throat is killing me , and I definitely have a head cold... I feel like crap! I don't even have enough energy to workout, so I am taking the day off. I'm not happy about it, but I have to let my body rest so I can get better.

What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Rolled oats and applesauce (4 pts)
Lunch: Chicken Sub (7 pts)
Snack: Carrots and dip (3 pts)
Dinner: 12 pieces of veggie sushi (6 pts)
Total: 19 pts

Day 274 I've been a bad, bad blogger...

But I can change!!! Or rather, Monday is my fresh start for consistant blog posting and updates.

I had a nice weekend, where Robbie and I went over the border to Buffalo with his family, to celebrate my sister-in-law's birthday. We had a lot of fun, and were pretty tuckered out last night when we got home. I slept in a bit this morning so I did not get to work out, but I will have a good workout tonight. My throat is KILLING me right now, so at least I'm getting my water consumption in today!! LOL


What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Rolled oats and applesauce (4 pts)
Lunch: Chicken Sub (7 pts)
Snack: 16 Apple Cinnamon mini rice cakes (2 pts)
Dinner: Turkey sub (5 pts)
Total: 18 points

Update: I only made it through half of my workout cause my shins really hurt, and then I did my ab routine.
