.. wonderful weigh in day :)
Ok, so I am biased.. it's a wonderful day because I am down 2.5 pounds from last week :) I'm finally over my 154 lb barrier... I forsee smooth sailing til my goal.. I have 3 more weeks of the program til day 90. Giddyup!!
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Cereal (3 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: 6 inch Roasted Chicken Sub from Subway (7 pts)
Snack: none
Dinner: Chef Boyardee Beef Ravioli ( 8 pts)
Total: 19 pts
