Weight: 154.5 - Net loss of 11 pounds
Waist (at bellybutton): 31 – Net loss of 2”
Hips (at hipbone): 37.5 – Net loss of 11.5"!!
Chest (at nipples): 34.5 – Net loss of 3.5"
Left Thigh: 23.5 - Net loss of 1.5"
Right Thigh: 23.5 - Net loss of 1.5"
Left Bicep: 11.5 – Net loss 1.5 "
Right Bicep: 11.5 – Net loss of 1.5 "
Neck: 12 - Net loss of 1.5"

SUMMARY : NET LOSS OF 11 POUNDS, NET LOSS OF 24.5 INCHES!!!

Well, I did it. 2 months down, one month to go, and I even had a cold at the end of this round of Power 90. I did not break my workout routine, I did not mess up on my diet, and I'm working really hard to get the results that I know that I can achieve.

Day 61.. ultimate temptation day at work.

I had everyone admiring my willpowr at lunch today. There was a work potluck lunch happpening, and there was 2 tables full of food to be had. There was fruit, veggies and dip, pita and hummus or roasted red pepper dip, mini cream puffs, nanaimo bars, bacon-wrapped sausages, nacho plate, a raosted chicken, cheese, crazkers and spreadable meat (liverwurst I think... it came in a tube!!!) I had some celery. YUM. ;) I just kept repeating " I weigh in tomorrow" to myself to prevent me from cheating.

What I had to eat:

Breakfast: Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Beef Ravioli Chef Boyardee (7 pts)
Snack: Cheese and celery (2 pts)
Dinner: Fish (6 pts)
Total: 21 pts

Day 60.... Two months down, one more to go... wahoooo!!!

Well, the verdict is in. I have a head cold. I feel like complete crap right now and my ears keep popping every 3 seconds. I'm miserable, and I was dying during Power Yoga, as I was Snotty McGrossalot during the downward dog pose. EWWWW gross.

What I had to eat:

Breakfast: Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Worth every Penne (6 pts)
Snack: Cheese and V8 (3.5 pts)
Dinner: Tuna Sandwich from Tim Horton's (7 pts)

One day closer to day 60.. yee haaaa!!! I woke up with such a sore throat today, it's like I swallowed a porcupine. Urgh. ... hope this gets better.

Much more awake and alert working out this morning than yesterday (thank goodness!!) Really tried to push myself through the ab workout as well. I had "Hurts So Good" by John Cougar Mellancamp going through my head ;)

Lunch: Worth every Penne pasta (7 pts)

Holy crap was I exhausted this morning. Not enough sleep makes Heather a very grumpy person. Rob was getting ready to go to training when I was working out, so he was like a little worker bee in my background. BZZZZZ BZZZZZ

Lunch: 2 Sandwiches (4 pts)
