Day 356... happy weigh in day


I weighed in this morning at 152 pounds, down 2 pounds from last week, due to clean eating, good water intake, and kicking ass in my workouts this week. YAY!!! 2 pounds down, some more to go... I was also on the eliptical machine upstairs and burned 312 calories in less than half an hour!


What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Fibre 1 cereal (4 pts)
Snack: Banana (2 pts)
Lunch: Cinnamon raisin bagel with strawberry light cream cheese (7 pts)
Dinner: Part of a chickpea roti (10 pts)


Total: 23 pts.


Water Drunk Today:

Morning: 2.0 litres
Afternoon: 2.0 litres.

Day 355 Finally Friday!

It's Friday, so we have Turbokick class tonight.. YAY!!! Can't wait to see how many calories I can burn today!

What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Fibre 1 cereal (4 pts)
Snack: 2 Blue Menu low fat fig bars (2 pts for both)
Lunch: Chili and rice (8.5 pts)
Snack: Carrots (1 pt), mug of tea (black)
Dinner: Two packages of Wildberry Oatmeal (4 pts)
Total: 19.5 pts.


Water Drunk Today:

Morning: 2.0 litres
Afternoon: 2.0 litres.
Evening: 1.5 litres
Total: 5.5 litres


UPDATE:

At class tonight, I burned 602 calories and had an average heart rate of 170 beats per minute! I really pushed myself, and I threw up in my mouth a few times :)

Day 354... Rainy Day Thursday


Blogger ate my post. I wrote this post once already today, and didn't review the live posting, to make sure it uploaded. So, this is attempt two at Thursday's post and record of my food and water intake. Fingers crossed!! :)

What I had to eat today:


Breakfast: Fibre 1 cereal (4 pts)
Snack: V8 can in fridge at work (1 1/2 pts)
Lunch: Chicken Teryaki (5 pts)
Snack: Carrots (2 pt), mug of tea (black)
Dinner: Soup (2 pts), 2 ears of corn with lemon juice and black pepper (2 points per ear): 6 pts for dinner.
Total: 18.5 pts.

Water Drunk Today:

Morning: 2.0 litres
Afternoon: 2.0 litres.
Evening: 0. 5 litres

Total: 4.5 litres (lost track of the amount of times I peed) LOL

Day 353.. going to see SPAMALOT tonight :)

Had a great workout this morning, even cracked 500 calories burned!! I burned 508 calories in an hour, and I even stopped yawning fairly early in (well, it WAS a 6:30 am class) LOL. Robbie and I are having a late anniversary celebration by going to see Spamalot (the Monty Python and the Holy Grail musical... can't wait!!)

Breakfast: Oatmeal and applesauce (4 pts)
Lunch: Chili and rice (8.5 pts)
Snack: Carrots (1 pt)
Dinner: Chicken Teryaki (5 pts)

Day 351 Hello Blog, Long Time, No See!!

Happy Monday to me! 3 weeks til Robbie and I go to camp, and I raelly have to get my ass in gear. We have class this evening, and I have already written most of my blog entery today, and it's not even 3 pm! :) Can't wait for class tonight!
