Day 209 finally weigh in day!! :)

Yeehaw, color me very happy, I am down 1 pound since last Saturday morning, and I'm onto a great start for next week as well. I busted by butt to make it back to ground zero, and even slid a little lower down the scale!! I'm very pleased this morning!!! YAY!!!!!! I was even dancing around the apartment doing my "down a pound" dance for Robbie . He was laughing at my silliness, but I'm happy to play the court jester :)

Day 208 Finally Friday!!

Well, it seemed like this week was 20 days long , but it's almost over :) I had to work late shift today, and got to sleep in until 8:30 before working out with Tony Horton and the kids (Cardio Party 3-4) and I made it to the TH 170 ... made it to 17 reps of each ab exercise. Color me impressed with myself!!

What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Rolled Oats and applesauce (4 pts)
Lunch: 6 inch chicken sub (7 pts)
Snack: Carrots and dip (2 pts) (when everyone else was enjoying snacks from Beer Cart)
Dinner: Turkey sub (5 pts)
Total: 18 points

Day 207 Thirsty Thursday

Do you ever have one of those days where you just can't drink enough water?? I think it's because I've had this nasty migraine for the last 2 days, that I might be a little dehydrated still. My bottle of water is my best friend :) I ended up going back to bed this morning, and had to work out tonight instead. I still tried to push myself, and I will turn in early as well. That's my reward :) I have to work late shift tomorrow, and get to sleep in tomorrow as well. If only I had the day of work too.. now THAT would be perfect!! :)


What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Rolled Oats and Applesauce (4 pts)
Snack: Mandarin Oranges (2 pts)
Lunch: Veggie Lasagna (5 pts)
Snack: applesauce (1 pt)
Dinner: Soup (4 pts), Carrots and dip (2 points)

Total: 18 points

Day 206 Wrecked my Brain Wednesday

Had to leave work early with a migraine, but I got to spend some extra time with Robbie... too bad I felt so awful, and couldn't enjoy my time home.

I had worked out in the morning (thank goodness!!!), there was no way that I could work out again at night. I have still not been able to bust through the TH 150 yest, but I'm slowly getting there!!! :)


What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Rolled Oats and Applesauce (4 pts)
Snack: none
Lunch: Veggie Lasagna (5 pts)
Dinner: 4 crackers (2 pts), 4 Chicken Fingers (4 pts), can of diet gingerale.
Total: 15 points (under, but I was ill, and I could not hold any other food down).

Day 205 Tone it Up Tuesday

This morning I woke up and and grabbed my resistance bands for my workout, slowly limbering up and getting the muscles working. I ended up stretching and straining my muscles in a good way (armpits still kind of sore by the end of the workout). I also did Cardio Party in the evening, going through another set of clothes for the day. It's kind of gross, but kind of good, to completely sweat through your clothes ;)


What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Rolled Oats and Applesauce (4 pts)
Snack: Mandarin Oranges (2 pts)
Lunch: Veggie Lasagna (5 pts) , applesauce (1 pt)
Dinner: Spinach and Chicken (3 pts) and french fries (3 pts) : Total (6 pts)
Total: 18 points

Day 204 Monday means Canadian Women's Hockey Team Wins GOLD!!! :)

Woke up this morning, tired, but knew that I had to do Cardio 3-4 for Power 90. My muscles hurt from yesterday, but I pushed on through. This evening, I did Cardio Party Remix (I wanted to see if my coordination was any better than last time I tried doing it). I did well, and my coordination wasn't THAT bad ;)


What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Protein Shake (3 pts), Rolled Oats and Applesauce (4 pts)
Snack: plain carrots (0 pts)
Lunch: Veggie Lasagna (5 pts)
Snack: Carrots and Dip (2 pts total)
Dinner: Sushi (6 pts)
Total: 20 points
Litres of Water consumed: 3 litres as of 8:00 pm.

Day 203 ... slight change to weight loss tracking display...

I decided to change my ticker measurement, from weight loss to the amount of pounds that I would like to lose. My new goal is to lose 20 pounds, and I made a fresh start today. I also think I should be immediately down 20 pounds because I think I expelled my intestine yesterday, after a day of "bad food and drink".... well, the food was tasty, but it caused world war 3 in my gullet. I had a really strong Sculpt 3-4 Power 90 workout this morning, and I really pushed myself, probably punishing myself after my day of bad eating yesterday.

What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal and milk (4 pts)
Lunch: cereal (same as above): 4 pts, 2 pts of applesauce
Dinner: 3 chicken fingers (4 pts) and fries (3 pts)
Total: 17 pts
