Day 13.. weigh in day and cheat day for food.


The result? Down another two pounds!!! YAY!!!! That's 8 pounds in 2 weeks... the equivalent of 8 blocks of butter. Crazy!!! I'm doing really well so far and I am so proud of myself. This will motivate me to keep going, full steam ahead!!





What I ate:

Breakfast: Bagel with light cream cheese: 7 pts.
Lunch: Stirfried chicken, veggies, pineapple, noodles, rice and tortillas (unknown points total)
Dinner: 1 breaded chicken breast (5 pts) and 1 ice cream cone (unknown points).

Number of trips to the bathroom before, during and after Sky High: at least 3.

Day 12....

I was woken up early this morning by Rob, so I decided to start my workout almost 30 minutes earlier. I am really trying to concentrate on form with the weights segment, as I am too prone to hunching over when I should be having a straight back. It's a good thing that I did, as I came down with a monstrous migraine less than one hour later (probably a combination of the weather .. everyone's sinuses are crap right now, and cause it's that time of the month. I love hormone changes!!) I ended up going home from work early and having a 4 hour nap.

What I ate today:

Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Lunch: Wowey Maui Chicken ( 6 pts)
Snack: Granola Bar (3 pts)
Dinner... none (slept through it)

Day 11.....

This was the first morning that I had to skip my workout, that led to me needing to work out tonight instead. I could have taken the easy way out, and chosen to have today as my off day, but I didn't want to workout straight from now until next Sunday. So I'm a bit of a princess ;) I can live with that :)

What I ate today:

Breakfast: Protein shake (5 points)
Lunch: wacky Teryaki (6.5 pts)
Snack granola bar ( 3 pts)\
Dinner: roasted chicken sub - 6 inch (7 pts)

Day 10...

Sculpt 1-2 was pretty good today, I am finally starting to do my pushups properly, and the chari dips don't destroy me anymore. We had a really sweet thunderstorm today, and luckily, I did not get caught in the rain. Half the week is done :) Is it the weekend yet??

Lunch: Wacky Teryaki (6.5 points)
Snack: Granola Bar (3 pts)
Dinner: Breaded Chicken Breast, 100 grams of fries ( 5 pts) .

Day 9... the saga continues..

Not too much has been interesting today. I did my cardio workout today ( I don't think that I will ever be fast feet though) .. and am have stopped hating the jumping jacks. I can't say yet that I have grown to love them, but perhaps I can eventually stop groaning in frustration when their turn on the routine comes up. I'm doing much better than I was this time last week, and every week from now I will get stronger and faster. Can't wait for the future :)

What I had to eat today:

Breakfast : Muesli and one banana (7 points)
Lunch: Wowie Maui Chicken (6.5 points)
Dinner: 6 inch roasted chicken sub (7 points)

Total: 20.5 points.

Day 8


Why, oh why, did I have such bad food on Sunday?? I think that my insides have decided to rebel against my outsides. To make matters even more fun, having horrible food provided me with almost no stored energy, so my workout felt like crap. ANd then I got to go to the dentist! All in all, it was a perfect day ;)

Food I consumed:
Breakfast: Protein Shake ( 5 pts)
Snack : Muesli (3 points)
Lunch: Greek Chicken and Pasta (7.5 pts)
Dinner: Jugo Juice ( 5 pts)

Total: 20.5 points

Day 7...
(late posting)...

This was a bad day. Why? Because I had a diet cheat day and no workout scheduled. Did I enjoy myself? Sure. Will I suffer for it? Yes.... (more to come) ..


What I gorged on:

Breakfast: Bagel with light cream cheese (7 points)

Lunch: Gyro with mystery meat (800 points) with tzatziki and tomatoes and corn. Beatifully roasted sweet corn dipped in a crock pot o' butter and lightly sprinkled with salt (400 more points). And a small cinnamon and sugar dusted funnel cake (500 points of deep-friend goodness) , and can of gingerale (3 points).

Dinner: Big-Ass Organic Black Angus Burgers on big hamburger buns with swiss cheese, tomato, condiments (1600 points) , and a side of Au Gratin potato chips (300 points) . Washed down with club soda and lime (0 pts) .

Dessert: a handful of jelly beans (100 points).

All in all, a tasty day of food. I will never do that again!!! LOL
