Terrific Thursday

After a two week hiatus from my blog, I am back. We had a great class yesterday morning and last night (about 35 ladies last night!) and I think that I may have overdone it a bit because my Turbo Knee was hurting (left one only). It still kindof hurt this morning, but I think it will be ok for class tomorrow.


Food that I had today:

Breakfast: 1 cup of bran cereal with milk (4 pts)
Snack: 1/2 cup of Kashi Go Lean Cereal (1 pt)
Lunch: chili and rice (8 pts)
Snack: 1/2 cup of Kashi Go Lean Cereal (1 pt)
Dinner: ?

Water drunk:

1 1/2 litres.
