Day 48... I AM THE BIGGEST LOSER (for real)
See below...
I finally broke the 10 pounds lost mark this morning.. and it was worth resisting all temptation that I was faced with this week. Oh Tim Horton's, with your wicked little Timbits, staring up at me and laughing , chanting "we're only 1 Weight Watchers point each". Until you realize that a "snack pack" of 20 Timbits is equal to your daily food allowance for the day ;)
Well, must go off to scrounge for food as it is cheat day... Salad King for lunch perhaps??? :)

Day 46... the first day of the second half of the rest of my life :)
After getting up from 3:30 am and going back to bed at 4 am, I had a delightful 2 hours nap, before I got up to face Tony Horton and his evil workout twins. And I stretched, and I grunted, and I kicked, and I punched my way through the workout, finishing with 200 sweet ab crunches. Boy, was I a sweaty bitch afterwards!! At least tomorrow should be better..

Breakfast: Shake ( 5 pts)

Day 44... I am the Biggest Loser ;)
The Biggest Loser is on now. There's something about that show that I don't like. I'm glad that these 14 contestants are finally eating right, working out, and are going to shed the mounds of excess weight that is literally weighing them down. I guess that I feel a bit self-righteous, because here I am, sticking to my diet, and working gout, and I sure as hell didn't let myself get that out of shape, even at my heaviest. Ok...Enough bitching.. Here's today's lowdown.
I felt much better today during my workout, because I didn't feel like I was going to barf the entire time I was working out ;) I ended up having to pause the ab routine at hip rocker, because the "kids" caught up with me.
What I had to eat:
Breakfast: Shake (5 pts)
Lunch: Beef Ravioli (Chef Boyardee): 7 pts
Snacks: Raisins (2 pts), cheese (2 pts), V8 (1.5 pts)
Dinner: Fresh Halibut filet with loads of black pepper and lemon cooked by my lovely husband (5 pts)
Total: 22.5 pts.

Day 43.. I do not feel well today.
I woke up, did my Sculpt 3-4 workout, and about 40 minutes later, started feeling really nauseous and I broke out in a cold sweat. Once I was sure that I wasn't going to hurl my creatine and koolaid all over my feet, I left for work. I made it through the day, with random bouts of stomach upset. I managed to eat all my food today, and even managed to gulp down a can of chicken soup. I nursed a diet gingerale at night, and it helped my stomach feel better. I don't know what made my stomach turn against me.
What I had to eat:
Breakfast: Shake (5 pts)
Lunch: Lasagna (5 pts)
Snack: Raisins (2 pts), cheese (2 pts), V8 (1.5 pts)
Dinner: Can of Soup ( 4 pts), diet gingerale (0 pts)
Total: 17.5 pts.

Day 42... my yoga mat has a gas problem.
I didn't really do too much today, and the most physically demanding things that I did were grocery shopping and working out. I also feel that a cheat day does not lend to a good workout the next day. It's really hard to actually do your workout when you feel like all of your energy has been sapped within the first 6 minutes. And you have 35 more minutes to go. I really did try as hard as I could, but it felt like I had lead weights tied to my hands, and my feet. I did try to push it out during the ab killer 200; and everytime I crunched up, and raised my lower back off my yoga mat, it made a sucking, fart-like sound. It was very ladylike ;)
What I had to eat:
Breakfast: Bowl of Cereal (5 pts)
Lunch: Wendy's Ultimate Chicken Grill (7 pts)
Dinner: Veggie lasagna (5 pts)
Total: 17 pts
